So that you understand the procedure of how to place your advertisment on the Househunter.ie website, We recommend that you follow our advice (below) before submitting your advert.

• We also suggest that you have already created (and proof read) the final text for your advert available to avoid any errors and mistakes. This text can then simply be copied to our system. We suggest that you look at other adverts on this website and try to follow the simple format that we utilise. Detail all features and selling points. Keep your descriptions brief, but to the point. Highlight all positive points and features. List details of local attractions, schools, transport hubs and links. Spending time on creating the best advert for your property before it goes live, will increase its chance of a positive result in the long term.

• Dont rush into getting the advert online, We have found that a badly composed text, along with rushed photographs will have a negative impact on your chances of enquiries, so it really is important to get your things together before posting your advert.
